Hi,

I had enrolled myself through CFAI programme for BBA and since due to my personal problem I was not able to continue the course ,which I had informed the ssd of ICFAI . As I enrolled myself on 30th sep 2010 and had paid Rs.4000/- at the time of enrollment. I am not claiming any refund from them I just want to discontinue the course and had send the below mail:

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is in regards to my discontinuation of the course of BBA which I have enrolled and my renrollment no is E 6011091007901). I cannot continue the course because I have lost my dad and since he was the only earning member of the family and me being the elder daughter of the family now have to shoulder their responsibility. Snice there is no other earning member in the family I have to financially support them. I have one younger sister and a younger brother who are still studying and I cannot afford financially all the responsibility all at once.

I am not claimming any refund of the amount that I have already paid at the time of enrollment , but request you to allow me to discontinue the course. Due to my above problem and financial status. It is an humble request to you that it is not possible for me know to take it any further and pay any money ahead.

Considering my case from the point of mercy and kindness I plead ICFAI university to help me.

Dear Ms.Paramjeet Singh Karnail,

With reference to your email on cancellation of admission, we wish to clarify
that you are enrolled into the BBA program offered under flexible learning
format in October 2010 by issuing PDCs towards the program fee.

You may note that the facility of paying through PDCs was extended on your
specific undertaking to honor the PDCs on time.


As per the regulations, withdrawal from the program pending PDCs is not
admissible.

You are, therefore advised to ensure honoring of PDCs and continue with the
program.

Know this is just a forceful completion of course. Wherein I have not appeared for any exams since it is due only in April 2011. I just want to discontinue as I will not be in a condition to pay any further PDC.


Please advice me what should I do.Awaiting for your help.
