on november 23, 2010 Mumbai High Court had directed Mumbai University to declare Revaluation results in 15 days. yet this year again mumbai university hasnt given me my ravaluation result even after 4 months. I was to join INDIAN AIRFORCE as an officer. But due to unavailability of by degree marksheet i cudnt. Who is to blame for my career? If only i had enough funds to sue the university or take a legal action!
