Respected Sir/Madam

I want to inform you that i want to study Law (L.L.B) But here there is more corruption so i cant get the admission. and i am qualified for that but in Law colleges they required big known person's contact with me. please refer me how can i take admission in colleges. they told seats are over. but when i went there when my Last year of BCA results was out they told forms are not available.

I have 59.9 % in BCA graduation course. but they took student having 55% or less. Please suggest me or my year will be failed.
