My son mr. Vikas sirswal was the student of b.tech. (civil) 1st year 2009 of govind ballabh pant nagar university pantnagar, udhamsingh nagar, uttrakhand. He got his addmission in this college thorugh aieee ranking 2009. He was dropped from the university only becasue of low score of marks in the 2nd semestar. Now his future purly in darkness only becasue of irrected policy of the university. I want to know there is any provision for back paper in a particular subject. If yes, please advise. My son got low marks in only one subject. He belongs to schedule cast category. Can i claim for his admission right now.
