First of all hats off for this service and hope will find my problem resolution here !!!

So matter is i am an student(B.com) of School of open learning, correspondece, DU and my final year exam(Er case exam) finished on month of december 2010, and results out in month of march 2011 than i have check results(online) and i got passed in exam but issue is still i didn't get my marksheet and degree.

Regarding this i have personally visit thrice(May month) at SOl,DU office and there nobody want to listen me and give me every time excuse, Even Mr Lamba (Registrar) also give excuse "this time we are busy for annual examination prepartion" and will send u later.

but most probably all exam finished in month of june and still i didn't get my marksheet and degree. they all staff very worst and lazy and act like a statue.

i am totally tired to call on mention telephone number but nobody can't pick the phone. i also send mail regarding the same issue to Principal mail ID- hcp@sol.du.ac.in
(H.C Pokhriyal) but not get any response.


So finally i have decided to lodge an complaints regarding the whole issue in favor of SOL staff and request to you kindly take an legal action in favor of School of open learning. this is not only my problem even thousands of students facing same issue and nobody care of us.


So please take necesscerry action and revert me back asap as i need my marksheet and degree for future endevavour.
