My name is Ananya Parida and I have completed my Certificate In Computing(CIC) course from IGNOU in December 2008 whose result was published and i had passed it with 1st division but till date no proof of my passing out has been provided to me by the university, not even the provisional certificate or marksheet .I need the certificates at the earliest as it wouId be helpful in applying for several services.Please at least give me a piece of information regarding the procedure of getting them.
