My name is kalimun nisha i am student of ignou university. sir i am doing my BA through IGNOU university. sir on 02-march-2010 i send a change of elective course through my regional center mulund. sir accoding to ignou prospectus it will take only one month to change but it is not yet changed. atleat 15 to 20 times i go there to conform why it is not changed but they are responding. there staff is very bad they don't listen anything. they are sitting for money only they don't want to solve the problem of student. i am fed up
