Injustice by the ratification board of JNTUK,kakinada

Dear sir,
I am the faculty of a one engineering college. Recently whole college went for ratification to JNTUK kakinada, where our certificates has to verified. In that they given importance to the JNTU studied persons only. they never followed their own norms.like..after M.Tech or P.G completion need 5 years experience for the Associate professor else they will recognize Assistant Professor..In that myself completed my P.G 2003 till now i am in service, but ratified as assistant, where as another faculty completed her M.Tech recently this year and she ratified as Associate telling that She is having M.Tech fron JNTU. I also completed my M.Tech in 2005 in distance education from deemed university certified by DEC council too. but they rejected that certificate telling AICTE rocognition is not their. and they won't entertain any such degrees.No such Norms are exists in the JNTU University.
Hence i request you to verify JNTUK ratification results on what basis they are considering

I also request you to give correct norms for the faculty ratification to public so that every one get aware the rules.

Your certificate is invalid. If it is MBA or MCA it is VALI D.

Please Verify, The public notice given by AICTE on 30 July, 2010 in The HINDU. It disclOse AICTE HAS BEEN THE POLICY OF, "NOT " TO RECOGNIZE THE QUALIFICATIONS ACQUIRED THROUGH DISTANCE EDUCATION MODE AT DIPLOMA, BACHELORS & MASTER'S LEVEL IN the fields of Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Town planning, pharmacy, Hotel Management & Catering TEchnology, Applied Arts & Crafts and POst Graducate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

AICTE has the policy to consider only MBA/MCA THROUGH DISTANCE MODE FOR ITS RECOGNITION.


But this university really made injustice to MBA/MCA people went for ratification by rejecting their certificartes got from Distance education even recognissed by AICTE, DEC, IGNOU.

YOU NEED NOT WORRY YOU CAN SURVIVE IN INDIA,

PLEASE TAKE IT EASY BECAUSE IT IS GAME OF MONEY/POLITICS/EGO OF POWER GOT BY THE PEOPLE IN HIERARCY.

ENJOY YOUR LIFE WITHOUT CRITISING OTHERS. Your ratification will be useful to your management but not you, if you think indepth. If your are unable to happily live in India, you may unable live happily anywhere even in heaven. WE are in the era of Burocrat debauch.
