I am suffering from the mistake of Shivaji college under Delhi university, New Delhi, my internal assessment marks are not shown for two subjects in final year mark-sheet(session 2009-10). when internal assessment marks result was announced, there was exchange of my marks with some other student of same name, so i told about this to the college administration but they told me that they have sent an application regarding this to the Delhi university for the rectification but after the result of the Discrepancy cases regarding the internal assessment there was no increment in my marks ,so i reached to the office of the dean of examination in new Delhi, there an authorized officer told me that your college has not forwarded the internal exam answer sheets of your related subjects with the application which are required, so increment is not done. he also told me that now there is no option left for me else filing a suit against the college due to double fault for not sending the correct marks to the university and even after the request they did not send the required documents to the university.
I got 31 marks in those two subjects and these were not added in my mark-sheet.If these marks are added then I will be eligible for many jobs.
Please give me suggestions...
