Kadi Sarva Vishwavidhlaya University Gandhinagar's BBA dept. is exploiting students carriers. They have changed to semester system from the academic year 2009-2010. Students were not told about the detaining process throughout last year. They have completed 2 semesters during that time period. The students who failed in first semester gave re-exam after which there semester 2nd semester exam followed. Both the results were declared in the month of June. They displayed result which had printed "TRIAL" for both the exams. Though they used the word "TRAIL" the suddenly came up with detaining rule. Till then almost 2 weeks of 3rd semester 's studies had been passed. Many guardians had tried inquiring about how their children would be detained if there is a rule or so just after the results were declared at regular intervals. They got reply from the college office that there is no notification or rules till then. After a week of declaration of AT/KT exams of first semester they suddenly came up with a rule that the students who are still failing in even one subject in semester 1st will be detained. This sudden shock is having great psychological effects on the students. And even after declaring "TRAIL" on their notice board the are now detaining students.
