Respectfully sir i am student of Thakur Yugraj Singh Degree College Fatehpur,Kanpur university, Bsc last year.Sir i got my mark sheet in which i am failed in Physics 2nd paper and physics practical either i have taken both exam.and now i am approaching to my college so they are not giving value to me,it is not happening only with me there are lots of students those are begging before our college just like me they are spoiling our career,money and time.college wants money to remove this problem most of students are giving them money but why sir it is not our mistake so why we are suffering.Already College fee is too much firstly they charged us 4500/ for fee after that practical fee 450/ after that exam fee 300/ then mark sheet fee 300 per year and now this.it is too much sir.please take action .plz
