subject:MJRPuniversity,jaipur not refunding back my money.

Respected sir,

I am Neha saxena from ujjain(m.p).i have taken admission in Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole university,jaipur(Raj.) in M.Tech course dated 13/09/2010.i paid some part of COURSE FEES and HOSTEL FEES,along with ADMISSION FORM FEES at the time of admission which was RS 20,000(course fees)+RS 12,000(hostel fees)+RS1,000(admission form fees).total i paid RS 33,000 at the time of admission dated 13/09/2010.but then i have some family problem and economical problem so i went for cancellation of my admission dated 15/09/2010.i went to MJRP admission office and to the CHANCELLOR of MJRP university,Mr.NIRMAL PANWAR.but they said that FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.when i went to the CHANCELLOR of MJRP university,Mr.NIRMAL PANWAR to request him to refund my fees, he talked with me in a vulgar way,he insulted me and even he instructed the gatekeeper of MJRP admission campus,that dont allow me to enter inside the campus.i was just only requesting him to refund my money back dated 15/09/2010, which i had paid on 13/09/2010.even the CLASSES HAVN'T STARTED AT THAT TIME.but still they are not refunding my money back.
sir PLEASE HELP ME,HELP ME SIR.................I HAVE LOTS OF HOPE WITH YOU.
sir i belong to a simple middle class family from ujjain(m.p).i came to MJRP university ,jaipur(Raj.) just to persue M.Tech but due to family problem and economical problem,i cant be able to continue my studies there.sir i am a MERITIOUS STUDENT, scored 75.4%(Hons.) in B.Tech from RGPV University,bhopal.sir i am keenly interested to do M.Tech so that i can contribute a little for my country and my family in future.but sir if they dont refund my money back then i have to QUIT FROM MY FUTURE TECHNICAL STUDIES.Because of MJRP university and its CHANCELLOR,Mr.NIRMAL PANWAR,even being a scholar student i cant be able to continue my post garduation(M.Tech).
if my money will not be refunded back then I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE. and THE CREDIT for this whole GOES TO MJRP University AND ITS CHANCELLOR,Mr. NIRMAL PANWAR,FOR NOT REFUNDING BACK MY MONEY.
Sir ihave a lots of hope with you...PLEASE HELP ME..sir.i need your help...PLEASE SUPPORT ME in this painful,helpless situation.i am tired of requesting from them.i want my money back otherwise i cant study further.MY FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS SIR,please help me so that after getting back my money i can continue my M.Tech studies.if no money will be refunded then their will be no meaning of my life and my career...SIR PLEASE SAVE MY CAREER AND MY LIFE...
