my wife gurdeep kaur d/o narinder singh IAS (Retd) take admission in punjabi university patila for M.A.(hindi) course in session 2003-2004. she completed the course in september 2004.when take the admision in this course according to university demand gurdeep kaur deposit the original certificates in university concern office, that is original matric,original 10+2,original marksheets of BA, university not sends back to when complete the course.also university not send the MA degree. when i contact to personaly, concern branch behaviur was very hard and rough, he say till this time are you sleeping also say to many more...when i apporch the controler examination he also say i am not a clerck for lisening your complaints.university not responsible for takeing your certificates, till time your certificate sale to any kabaria.this certificated from delhi, but i belong to punjab, matric,10+2cert. from CBSE and BA from Delhi university.for going at delhi for duplicate copies is very critical matter for women .
