I am pursuing BBA from ICFAI through distance learning mode.my enrollment number is 6011090810404.

I appeared for Group VI exams in Oct 2011 ( 23rd and 30th of Oct 2011).The subjects I appeared for are Hr management and Financial Management.

The results were declared online,on the university's website ([url=http://www.iutripura.edu.in] on the 19th of Nov 2011.As per the online results I have scored a zero in Financial Management. There is definitely some technical glitch here as one cannot score a zero. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with the university to find out my result . I have been calling the 1800 numbers given on the website for student support desk.Nobody answers those numbers. The numbers I have been calling are 1800-425-2911 and 1800-103-0303.I also wrote mails to ssddlp@iutripura.edu.in to which i got no response. Then I got the vice chancellors email Id from their website .I wrote to him as well at rkpatnaik@iutripura.edu.in. I did not get any response from him as well.

I called the University office number in Tripura which again I got from their website 0381-2865751/52/53/55.A gentleman answered the phone but refused to help me over the phone. He said this is the registrar's office and there is no concerned person here to resolve my issue. I was told this after I had already informed him that all my attempts to get in touch with the University and the concerned person for this issue have failed.He told me to send a letter by post to tripura and then they will see what they can do about it and hung up.

I am in Mumbai. The letter will take 5-6 days to reach them . I am unable to enroll for the next semester which is due in Jan 2012 because of this error on part of the university.The last date for enrollment for Jan 2012 examination is 30th Nov. I will miss on taking the next semester because of an error made on part of the university.

since all my attempts to get in touch with ICFAI failed ,I applied for rechecking and comprehensive feedback for which I paid an additional 500/-.I have not received a response on that also. I am wondering if they have lost my examination paper otherwise there is no way you can give a score of zero.

It is shocking and upsetting to see such indifference .Nobody answers any of the helpline numbers,no response to my emails .. I am really stuck.. I am considering taking legal action against ICFAI Tripura.Can somebody suggest ,How I can do that?

I will lose an entire semester because of the university's error which they are not correcting or giving an explanation for

Please suggest how can I take legal action against ICFAI Tripura for causing me this mental harassment and playing around with my career.
