applied for my PG convocation in Osmania University on 06-11-2009.
I paid Rs. 50/- extra for sending my convocation by register post.
till date i did not received my certificate.
i went to University on 16/06/2010 and asked for the certificate (by producing receipt)
university dispatch staff told me that they had dispatched my certificate on 15/12/2009
also i enquired with post office but they were not received any register post with my name.
The only proof i have is receipt by the university

If i want to get duplicate certificate i have to pay Rs. 1200/- & certificate will be duplicate

how will i get my original certificate ?

what is the process to file a case on University ?

Please help me...
