i am student of symbiosis center for distance learning pune mah.
my scdl reg. id is reg201029009@student.scdl.net
my 4 sem book was send by scdl throw first flight courier service her treak no is ZM4747351
but i can't received now a days
my address is Sarvoday Seva Sansthan Gandhi Chowk Bayana Bharatpur Rajasthan India 321401

he send this courier in bharatpur dist and but he did not delivered in bayana
and he can't do any contact about this matter and after 1 days he return for scdl pune
now scdl has refuse to send my study material
i'm contact by mail and by phone on this no 02066211000 more-2 time but he can't give any response and now scdl demanded Rs 500

dear sir plz help me about this matter what is my mistake when i can't receive my parcel at my Communication Address
