Dear Sir,

Here We are 12 student who had joined a course Post Graduate diploma in logistic and retauil management in Sardar patel University in VV nagar, Anand Gujarat. The course is jointly running by Sardar Patel University and a USA based private company named Straed Inc. the total cost of course is 1.25 lacks. the course has been started on April 2010 after joining of course countinsouly four months institute did nothing and wasted our student's time and after four months they started classes on 6th july 2010 and after that the course was not regular so after that we (students) wanted to quite the course and demanded for the refund but registrar and director of the course are not in the mood for refund of our fees. we have given an application for refund of fees to concerning authority . We have many doubts about the StraED Inc because when we visited STRAED.com the total website is under construction. they have not mentioned any detail about the company.

We have informed this particular incidents to Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Dean of the college.

We 12 students wants our fees back from the university, please help us.

So further we request to you to help us in this case.
