i had been trying to get an appointment of Dr.Purna chandra Mohapatra since last 1 month who happens to be doc in SCB MEDICAL COLLEGE as well does a private practise in his clinic named PRACHI CLINIC in cuttack.
as a government doctor it is illegal to do private practise but then too doc cannt be prssurised. i visited the clinic initially they stated that we need to take appointment over phone on request for taking appointment for very next day they denied . we started calling the very next day at 8.30 am and the receptionist did pick up and asked us to call after 9.30am . we called up the very next day and the phone was coming engaged. since that day till date we have been calling and evry time the phone is engaged. we tried calling with help of 10 phone at a time but we failed.
it is quite surprising that it is always taken on granted that when a patient is i need of doc the doc reaches. but here the doc treats the patients as dog.

something needs to be done for such doctors.

Dr. Purna Chandra Mohapatra is one of the best in the country and that's the reason its very difficult to get an appointment from him , infact he might not be knowing that you have been callinh him so many times. Its his support staff who do all kind of mischiefs and he's not aware of this since he attends patients through out the day.

I would suggest you can contact Dr. Sisir Mohapatra in Bhubaneswar. He's also a very good doctor.
His clinic is in Unit-4 near Venkatesh English Medium school. His clinic's name is AROGYAM.
Its closed on Mondays and other days open in the Evenings from 7:00PM. You can take an appointment before 2-3 days by visiting the clinic.

i would like 2 know if Dr.P.C mohapatra does IVF in Prachi.if yes then what's the sucess rate?i have heard that his clinic is full of mismanagement n always given priority to his acquintances.i think there should be an equal opportunity for everyboby who is interested in meeting him
