Dear Concern,
i had applied for the PGDBM (Banking Management) program from SMU center SOFF PRO,Preet Vihar- delhi( center code-01582)
and had submitted the required fee- Rs.13150/-as on 12/08/2011. after fee submission one of SOFF-PRO staff informed me that along with all the documents, Graduation and MBA provisonal certificate is required,and that time i confermed that i am unable to submitt provisonal certificate.so please cancel my admisson and refund my money. i had visited on SMU center several time and every time councelor told that we have forwarded your application please recheck after one month. till 02/11/2011 i had not received any confirmation regarding my admisson from your SOFF- PRO center.
its too late,i had taken admission for July but now November is going on
during these three month:
1. i have not received any message or mail regarding my admisson from your center
2. they have not provided me any classes in your center
3.they have not provided me any Study Material

till date i dont know, i am enrolled for SMU PGDBM program or not
due to delay in admisson process my carrier has suffered. now i dont want any admisson so please help me to get back my money from SMU

Dear Concern,

My complaint against the Learning centre is that they have not informed me about the online registration, which was started in the last month from 17-31 oct. During this period i was away on leave at my native place. I came back from leave on 31st october 2011, this date only i learn't that today is the last day for online registration. I put my hard effort to register online but could not get success, which has caused me such mental trauma and lossing money also, if you look at it, not appearing in the exams. Just because of the negligency of the learning centre, I have not only missed my desired centre for examination but also to travel a lot from my residence and place of work for appearing in the examination. From 31 october onwards i am following up this case with you and LC during this period LC was assuring me that changing of centre would be done. But now, in the eleventh hour these LC peoples are showing their inability to provide any sort of help.

Now, i want to put this matter in the consumer court, so that student like me should not suffer in the future.
Kindly revert to me as soon as possible.
