Mam I am a student of BA 1st year(Netaji Subhash Open University)Certified by UGC and my age is 25, and my father is an railway employee.

According to your letter No. E(W)97PS5-1/71 dated 30/05/2003 (RBE 87/2003) son or sons of the age of 21 and above who are bonafide students of any recognized educational institution is appropriate for pass facility). So I went in your pass office at NJP, but they did not give me the pass facility and also said that NSOU is not a valid university and they were mentally hampering me till now.

So madam if u said me the correct way, then it will be very thankful to me. I am waiting for your reply.
