University of Illinois has sent documents for her future studies thro UPS docket IZ417AV60491341034 dt 15.6.2010. till now the consignment was not received by us. UPS is not able to provide any clue on this.
it result in my daughter's future.
need solution for this.
I have talked to Mr. Saket of UPS in telephone no 022-292111023 and Parameswari.
no response from any end.
