respected sir,

my self kashana bi submitted the form of B.ed. from shrinagar college of education affiliated with university of kashmir in 2009-10. i gave my final exams on 6 of december 2010. after declaration of result, the result was signing "not eligible". after knowing my result i talked to manager of college administration, he ignored my plea for asking the reason of result showing not eligible. then contacted university, they replied your all certificates might not be submitted thats why the result is showing not eligible. then for confirming this again i asked college about my submissions of certificate then they replied that " i have submitted all my certificates with migration". on 21 september 2011 again i visited university with college escort NUZHAT MA'M . there i come to know that university vice chancellor has published a notice that " the student whose results is showing not eligible will have to give all papers as back papers". on asking the reasons to the staff of university , they were not giving any answer as well as they were ill behaving. with the efforts of my escort nuzhat ma'm i came to know about my result that i am pass but still they have'nt issued my marksheet. and on asking they were not replying any answer.
sir, i've filled the form of M.ed. and my current college is asking for my B.ed. result . due to this reason they are'nt allowing me to attened the classes as well as not allowing to give my exams. it has been a long time nearly 3 yrs. i am pleading my university for my result issuing. and even results of session 2010, 2011 has been declared but mine is still waiting.
so, i request you to please take some actions regarding this so that my result should get issued to me before my exams of M.ed. starts and oblige my request.
