Dear Sir/Madam,
I am really very sorry to write this mail to you. I have lost my patience now. I really dont understand how a prestigious University like you could harrase students mentally. I have been facing the problem for applying to PSU's due to my Degree certificate which I have submitted to the University from last six months (i.e submitted on March) for correction. I was assured that it will be given to me within 2 months but it has been 7 months now and there is no news of my certificate. And since I have left the city due to some family affairs its difficult for me to visit the University also. My friend has been enquiring about it regularly who stays in Mumbai. I have lost many opportunities because of my Degree certificate. Now tell me who is resposible for this? And what steps should I take against the University for my mental condition. I am mentally disturbed now and have completely lost my patience.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible and revert me back.
