Dear Sir,
I have passed M.E. Mechanical Design Engg from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune in December 2008.
I had visited University office & applied for my degree certificate paying amount of Rs 760/-. It was conveyed that my degree certificate would be sent to me at my residence address.(scanned copy of receipt attached herewith)
Now, I have received the degree certificate but it is in very bad, representable condition (photos were attached in email sent to UoP).

I am surprised to see such a quality of service from Pune University. If this was told to me that my degree certificate would be delivered in any shape, i would have obviously opted to get it by my own hands.
But, question arises, why such a service after paying a big amount?

I had requested UoP to send neat/unfolded copy to my address.
Please revert.
