Sir/Madam,
I am Vishal Singh. I am working in Abhijeet Infra Limited,Durgapur(West Bengal) from past 2 years. I had applied for mba executive program of power management from University of petroleum & energy studies,Dehradun in December 2009.i had sent a demand draft of rs.25000 in favour of UPES,Dehradun in December 2009.i have a proof of that demand draft.In January 2010 i got an e-mail from upes side.i have that e-mail also,it was a confirmation of my admission in Upes.in February i called them for providing me assignments,they told me they would inform me later.
After some time i called them again to know about the exams,then they told me” don’t call here again & again we will inform u whenever exams start “ so i didn’t call them after that.now i asked them about the exams they said the exams have been finished in june. I asked them why u didn’t inform me about the exams.they didn’t give me proper answer.I told them to return my demand draft or money back.they told me they didn’t received my demand draft. I have all proof with me about the demand draft & admission confirmation from that side.
Plz help me & provide me justice.i will be thankful for ur help.
