I am Sagar, I am a student of the programm Post Graduate Diploma in food safety and quality management(PGDFSQM). I had enrolled in for this course for january session 2009.
My enrollment number is 092246618.
Sir eventhough my enrollment is in 2009 for january session. But still there is no any exam or practical. I was sending mail to my regional center for allocation of study center and for study material. But I got study material in between June – July 2010 and received letter about allotment of study center(IGNOU Programme study center(1699P), Insecticide Residue Testing lab, Dept. of Agriculture, Govt.of Maharastra, Krishibhavan, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005 Maharastra.) in November 2010. Then I contacted to our Programme In-charge Mr Tambe for practical schedule. He told me that still we have not made schedule, from January 2011 to uptil now he was telling same reason. On 09 September 2011 I went to our regional center and met to regional director Dr. Kumeshwari Moorthy and asked about Practicals and assignment submision, and for December term end examination. She replied me that we are unable to find out study center for the course and the currently allocated study center have not received permision from DHSS(director of health services Mumbai) if you want to transfer your enrollment to Mumbai Regional center then it will be their responsibility for your problem.
Or if you want to cancel your enrollment you can. Then sir I made a phone call to program co-ordinator Mr. M. K. Salooja and told my problem and the things happen. After that he told me he will give me reply within a week.
But sir still I have not received your reply. I am really very fade up with this IGNOU system and Moorthy madam’s response. If any person is waiting for completion of course for 3 year and at the end you tell him to take cancelation of admission. It is very sorrowful and harsh and bashful, timid thing. They are trying to escape from their duty.
But I want to complete this course and you tell me How can I complete this course. And in coming year duration of course will come to end (4 year ) then what about later as have not get chance to complete my course because of your system. Will I get further validity to complete this course?

Hello, you are very right what you said above against ignou university. My problem is even i have applied in this university and there has been no refund for me yet. Just tell me what is the procedure for excess fees refund as i am applied for PGDFM course. I want to launch a complaint against this just tell me the procedure for the same.
