This is regarding the PDC issue. I have sended the application to the university for the PDC on 24 Dec 11 and expected to deliver on 26 Dec 11. As per the notification PDC should reach me in 8-10 days. But after 15 days also I have not received my PDC.

The worst thing about the university is that, no communication they do. I have sended lot of emails about this to the Registrar (Evaluation ), even also mentioned that I will escalate the issue. Then also they have not at all responded even to my single mail. When I called to the contact no's mentioned there, they are picking up the call and telling randomly "tomorrow you will get the PDC" or they just rotate telling to call this extension, that extension. No one respond at all.

It is the Technical University for Engineering in Karnataka. If the institutes doesn't do proper communication. What can be expected from the students coming out of it?

I have to submit my PDC to my firm. Also I am working at a far place. I can't go there and collect the PDC. So, anyone suggest me that "how to treat this university well under judiciary ?"
