I read in college abes it ghaziabad .College session start from 1 aug, but they fined on fee at 85rs. Per day from 4 june,it is cheating with students.according to me session start hone se phle late fee galat hai aur session start hone se pahle kabhi bhi fee bhare.what can i do against college.and i want to know is it right or not?
