Sir,
I beg to state that i took admission in abs academy for BCA course affilated by WBUT.I paid them rupees 92,300.00 for one year advance fees for tuition,hostel acomodation and others.It is a matter of great reget that i did not continue my studies their for the poor administration of the academy.I left the institute before registration and i appiled to them to back my advance fees.They returned me only rupees 51,300.00 by cheque.I asked them, why they deducted rupees 41,000.00 from my advanced payment?They did not show me any reason and forced me to receive the cheque of rupees 51,300.00.
I appel to you to force the institute to show me the details of rupees 41,000.00 which amount they did not refund me.I also request you to take necesarry steps for the refund of my rest amount of rupees 41,000.00 which will help me to continue my study from other instituteion.
