there he is cheating to all students in PTU ,jalandhar case, using there feeses not filling exam forms, and collecting money from students for cheating,
he running some universities study center with a partner of rajiv goyal like of manav bharati university,global open university,ksou .both of them taking money from students by two hands and giving them degrees from these universities in just 6 months with back date entries.
they are totally fraudening the PTU students not giving them results and DMC due to their own fund fraud case.
i am requesting you to please stop these type of fraud caseing from earth by starting to disclose their working in all news channels . and take a legal action on them so that they can't cheat the students further .
only you can stop them . number of students are getting dipression from there working becuase they are get there DMC's and Result from them.
