I hereby wish to state that my name is Amarjit kumar. I was a student of APTECH AVALON AVIATION ACADEMY, (2526,2nd floor,Hudson Lines,Kingsway camp). AVALON’s director Anuj Malhotra convinced me. He asked me to join AVALON for a bright future. He assured me that after completing the course I will get a job 100% within one year or he will give me 50% fee back. After that he showed me stamp paper and told me that I will sign at this stamp paper as a proof of 100% job guarantee or 50% fee back. That time he told me that his company had alliance with 38 leading international & domestic airlines. He suggested to me he will provide me a job in Dubai and my monthly income will be minimum 20,000 to 30,000 per month. At the time of offering the course he promised that the course will provide you inflight training, grooming by Javed Habib, aerobics by Shamak Davar besides regular classes. After the personal assurances of Mr. Puneet Thukral I got convinced and joined AVALON ACADEMY on the date of 23rd June 2008. But all the promises given by the company was totally false, I realize after some timewhen I started classes with the academey. I didn’t get even regular classes. After that I met Chief of AVALON Mr. Puneet Thakural. I narrated all the problems to him. Then he asked me that what I want. I told him that I want only a job. He assured me that he will provide me a job. After 3 months of joining my course they send me at airport for 4 months training with GMR. At the time of admission they told me you will get 7,000 rupees per month as stipend. I have completed my 4 months training but I got only 1,800 rupees but my stipend was 28,000 rupees.I have already paid 1,03,000rs.as a course fee. Against the condition I completed my course on the date of 27th March of 2009. After that I met Puneet Thakural. I told him I have completed my course Please provide me placement. He again told me for wait and promised me for job. As this type he misguided me whole one year after completion my course. They didn’t conduct any single interview with any airlines. After one year completion of my course I didn’t get job so I am eligible for 50% fee back. When I told to Puneet Thakural and Anuj malhotra about my 50% fee back that time they told me that we will give your fee back with in 15 days. In 15 days they closed down office and fled away. I have already informed to Regional office and Head office but they didn’t response. So I kindly request to you please take action against him.
