Dear Sir,

One of my nephews got admitted in the above institute for computer hardware and networking course on the basis of his 10th standard marks. After few months the management changed and they insisted on 12th certificate and withdrawn his admission. Now the poor boy is going through the tremendous pressure. He is not able to concentrate on his 12th. So it is remote possibility of making 12th.
Now who is responsible for this state? Who can help this poor boy?
Please give guidance.
