I have join arena multimedia in raipur July 2007 so call me your course is 2 years 6 months is completed, but today is not complete my course. He called me after 3 years you have meet a job 25000/- per month but nothing is job reach and nothing is course completed.

Kindly give me return my all fees, because i have no job and my condition is very poor.

Institutes in Pune that teach softwares to students is just one big money making racket...

For the last 3 years my son has been going for his classes has given 4 of his exams with me calling from the middle east for dates to be fixed and they keep saying today mam we will give him a call.

Now one exam pending where the money was paid in 2009 and now when my son is ready for the exam they kept telling him get me the receipt where in actuality the receipt was not given stating that a receipt was not needed for this exam just call us and we will fix a date which is happening for the last 2 months where i hv been calling [international calls] who is going to pay me for those calls.

Yesterday once again the person told my son give me an hour i will call b ack and as of to day [this morning] 15th march 2011 no calls.

What do i do with institutes like these [arena - mg road]

I dont think that students should go to institutes like these as it is a money making racket and make the students run around as if petrol is very cheap in india.

Hoping someone will look into this matter and come up with a solution. Children are not sitting on a minting press.

A disappointed parent.
