plz help me sir i am really having a lot of problem because of times job. Sir on 19th jan 2011 i got a call from times job (91113359770) and they told me that we have short listed your resume and we have a lot of job openings which is matched to your profile. Then they told me that you have to pay 1350 for that so that we will send your resume to all the top company and then i said no i don't want your service and then they said we forward your call to our head of the department name ( mr kapoor ) and mr . kapoor told me that yes you will get a job with in 10 days after paying the amount and it's sure that you will get a job and he forced me a lot and also hypnotised my mind and then i said okey and then he said me to give the ATM card number and password and i have given the password and number by believing on mr kapoor and after that he started his game and told me that you very less percentage in your academic so you need to give 950 more for that otherwise you will not get any job after that he said your resume is not a professional resume so you have to pay 1350 more for that and you have to pay this any way and after that he told you will get a call from our verification department and given his mobile number (9953896832) then i had call from verification department from mr sameer who told me that your resume has not matched as per the requirement of top company so you need to pay again 2150 and i said no and you cancel all my subscription then he said are you playing game with us and instead my complete hesitation he has taken 2150 from my ATM card and told me that we have taken the final payment from you i.e 5250 and you don't need pay anything more and he told he will call me on 20th jan and resume writer will call me withn 2 days . But when i checked my account balance through ATM I was shocked and i saw they have taken all the money from my account with out my permission and then when i called mr sameer he had accepted his fault and giving me assurance to refund all my money .

1) But after that when i called them they didn;t receive my call and if they receive my call then they cut my phone when i told them that i want to talked with mr kapoor and i have sent them alot of mail but they didn't reply a single mail .

2) by fortune mr kapoor received the call and then i told him about all the mattar and told him to refund my all money because they have taken advantages of my believe on them he also accepted the mistake but told me no we will not refund any money.

3) then i told them them i have all the prove and all the telephonic conversation was recorded and i will spread this in all media and then he told me we have our on media company times of india and u can't do anything .

4) and then he told me in the recorded conversation that we have already dismissed mr sameer but he was telling all the fake things and one of the executive of times job told me that yes mr sameer is in office . Because them i was offonded in big crowd and hospitalised and i am really very poor person and i have believe them just to get job but they cheated me .

5)right now they are ignoring me plz help me to refund my money and plz do some neccessary steps to prevent such kind of incident. this is not the first case & they have cheated a lot of people plz do some action against them.

On 2nd December 2010, I got a call from Mr. Vineet of Timesjob.com who gave me a false promise that once I become a member of career services of Timesjob.com, they will provide me the premium services for getting a job as Software Developer by ensuring me to get 1-2 interviews call per day. He also promised me that after that it is their duty to provide me a good job as software developer. He told me that I should pay Rs.2150 through Credit Card to become a member of career services and Rs.1200 for verification. I trusted upon him as everyone knows wrongly that Timesjob.com is No.1 job portal and deposited the money through credit card. He told me that I will start getting calls from recruiters in 1 week only. After 10 days I called them to know the status. They told me that “You have to pay some more money for international Resume which will provide you more job offer”. I refused to give more money. After that they started speaking rudely and told me not to call them again.

This is a fake company and cheating many innocent candidates in the name of job providers to fresher. I have made a payment through credit card and recorded all the conversations had with them. Now I am going to lodge a case in the consumer forum against the cheater for ‘deficiency of services’ and for the refund of money.

yes you r right their behaviour is completely rude and even if they told me that u can't do anything because we have our own media company (Times of india) when i told them that i will spread in all media that how u cheated me .
