Bigteacher (Big Teacher) is an AP's first technology based tool. they promised to give the schools to give the SCERT syllabus and collected advance in various places school and now they are not submiting the product in time. what can we do now you people have to help in anyways. MD udayashanker is an number fraud fellow. we heard that they are not even paying the salaries for the empolyees. that to they are not giving the quality output which will give an great effect on children also.

BigTeacher is not a fraud company. These type of school managements are real frauds. Without giving the advance, just buy showing the demo version of the Bigteacher tool, These school cheaters have collected more fee from the students and now they are not showing the tool to the students now. Even my father paid 1000 rupees extra fee for this time. It is happened in many schools in the city. So people be aware of private schools.

the above stories were nice but a fellow called vijay who was so called project manager who tried doing nasty things in the company and the management identified them and fired him and some emps who assisted him. bigteacher now is moving in a big way. i wish them all success and rock in a big way

Hi, well said.......ppl who dont know how to work will blame others like the person who told in the above comment. Still i am working as an empolyee in bigteacher coz if i left the company, they dont even pay the salary some of our ex-collogues are facing a lot of problems(as they left without taking the salaries) .onemore thing I cant understand why these people r blaming the ex-pm so called vijay sir? everyone in the office know about vijay sir and he managed to handle the project with less resources with good quality product. the nagaraju the new pm double the resources but the quality is not good. i am working in the company from the past three months so i can understand who is good and who is not good. so called above person dont have any rights to talk about vijay sir. internally they are having a large no of loop wholes like having uneducated ppl like ramesh, sunil, nagaraju project manager even dont know about e-Learning not having a basic ideas also r handling the project. Tool is good and everything is fine but these three fellows are misleading the MD. when these three fellows dont involve the product is good, now the product became worst. if you ppl repeat to blame vijay sir again like these all the empolyees will post threads like this only.........MD have to be careful about sunil, ramesh and nagaraju......

haha. good stories again. if you could apply these kind of intelligence at your work and making the product executed in time with quality that will help you and the entire company. even i am working with big teacher since the beginning.
i would like to post few questions
- what are you guys doing when you know about e-learning projects
- how much leadership you are taking to make the company/product stable
- why are you still with the company, to sit and damage the company further?
- do you guys have ethics and sincerity towards work and making your team mates stronger to deliver?

I feel its not about 3 idiots or 10 idiots, its about commitment and unselfishness. stop wasting your time and the company time and start giving your extra energy to taking things fwd with +ve mind. Remember one thing people with such mindset shouldn't hide inside they should come up and leave out of the company, if they have ethics. after all how much you learn per month man? So if you dont like the peers or company leave them, why to be there and making some stupid, useless noise.

perfectly posted above. i would like to add one point, that is if ex-pm vijay has so called e-learning experience why there was no communication between him and marketing team, he never interacted properly with marketing team to understand the things to deliver. and there is no schedule and planning anytime to decide deadlines or delivery dates.

and i can see people uses email/gtalk etc to communicate with outside people and bigteacher management is tracking that all and produce who is trying to move the data out.

what will anyone do by moving the data while there are millions of CD's available in the market. go and ask in koti they are selling CD's go n buy as many as you want they are with rich content, audio and animations.
