sir,
I have deposited 2 years fees in Brilliant tutorial Patna centre (which is having its own branches in Kolkata,Delhi,Bokaro,etc.. and HO in Chennai).
1 year will be completed on 26th march 2011. Now I want to refund my fees for left 1 year.
But institute has refused to pay.
Please advice
