1. Cheque No. 635245 dated 30/01/2011 for an amount of Rs 20,000/-
2 Cheque No. 635249 dated 31/03/2011 for an amount of Rs 11,251/-

Complain : Classes were scheduled to start from 2nd April, 2011 but actually started from 7 th May,2011 and continued up to 22.10.2011. The Institute suspended classes from November,2011 after verbally informing regarding their lack of financial support from their Head Office from Chennai.Now, they have closed down their offices at Ranchi& Delhi.We have no place to follow up. Their Head Office at Chennai is not receiving any phone call.
We sent e-mail to bt-cl@brilliant-tutorials.com but did not receive any response.It is clear that they have cheated all the students of Brilliant Tutorials all over India.Dr. Basant Neelkantan had issued a letter in the name of the son Priyatam Roy of the undersigned indicating that he has been awarded cash scholarship of Rs 10,000/- which would be paid to him through installments . But , Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd have not paid any money to Priyatam Roy even after application and follow up by the undersigned.

Resolution Needed : Since only five months classes have been arranged by Brilliant Tutorials out of total 24 months leaving the students in total mental agony and mental upset condition , Brilliant Tutorials must pay back the full money together with suitable compensation .
