I am the student, In June 2010 I have taken addmission in The Central India Institute of Mass Communication ,NAGPUR.In the Bacholer Of Journalism (BJ) course.At the time of addmission college authority said that there is no fees for the cast reserved catagory student. They have to pay only 100 Rs. as an addmission fees.As per their insrtuctions I have taken addmission in the college paying 100 Rs. and submited my original Leaving Certificate.I have completed all formalities regarding addmission proceedure. But after 2 months i got selected in B.Ed. college , so I wanted to take addmission there for B.Ed. course. So that I want to cancle my addmission from the current institution ,as I went there for the cancellation of my addmission and to get back my Leaving Certificate.The Director of the college refuse to cancle the addmission. And he asked for bribe of Rs. 8000 as in the case of cancellation as a refund. MY complaint is that " If there is no addmission fess at the time of addmission how can the froud institution asked me for the penalty of cancellation. this is the case of CHEATING with the student .

Please help me , and tell me that what should I do for this .I also want to do Police Complaint against the college. And I will. It is the matter of my future. please help me as soon as possible.
