Complain :-
Classes Continued From April Last week 20011 to 15th October 2011 only
The Institute suspended all the classes after 15 October 2011 without any information.
All its branches in and around Delhi/NCR are closed. We have no here open where we can followup.

We started regularly following its Head Office vide phone and email id as mentioned below

We got only one letter after a lot of followup that Brilliant got merged with Career Launcher and our wards claases will start running immediately.

When we approached Career Launcher Delhi- Laxmi Nagar Branch they informed that still no information about firm merging and running the classes for those who had taken addmission in BT. They would only take our wards classes considering as a new addmission and we have to pay their charges for the same.

Further we informed BT Chennai . They just kept on telling hope fully next week problem would be shorted out. But till date no firm information.

RAYER

The action of Brilliant Tutorial by closing the Tutorial unilaterally has endangered the careers and lives of my son and other students.Due to this lot of time loss has been done which is not recoverable at this stage.In view of the above it is prayed that the amount paid by me i.e Rs. 98,526/- towards fees may please be refunded back and a steep penalty of Rs.1,50,000/- may be imposed on them for the time loss and harassment caused to the student as well as to the parents
