of this instiute.Reason is this institute not gives me proper

jan 2010.I am living in delhi on rent.I belongs to Bihar.My parents
Have so many aspectations from me.But in this intitute My carrier is
being destroy.They think that students are only the source of income.
So please help me for NOC.
