Subject: Complain against forgery done by HCL-CDC M.P. Nagar Zone -1 Bhopal

Respected Sir/Madam.
I'm Mayank Garg student of H.C.L-C.D.C M.P. Nagar zone-1 center Bhopal.
I had joined S.D.I batch for two month course on 20-Dec-2008 and pay cash Rs 1,500 on 15-Dec-2008 (Receipt No- 104101) as a token money and remaining Rs. 4,500 I paid on 26-Dec-2008 by 3 cheques of Rs 1, 500. (Receipt No- 104144. Cheque No- 131642, 131643, 131644 Allahabad bank Bhopal). But HCL-CDC center is not ready to arrange my proper classes of SDI, Any how after facing lot of problem I completed my course at March-2010. But after that no one arrange a exam of SDI till now (15-06-2010).
Like that same way we joined also Ethical Hacking course on 10-Jul-2009 for 15 day's course. For this course center take a 100% advanced money of RS. 2,000 at 6-07-2009. Those i had deposited by cheque (Receipt No-191163, Cheque No- 138363 of Allahabad bank of Bhopal) but here they are not providing a certificate of these course.
At last on date 27-May-2010 center Director Mr. Deepak Dwaivedi did a written commitment on a paper with me that if they will not provide a certificate of Ethical Hacking and take an exam of SDI course up to 15-06-2010 then the institute will pay back my total money of RS. 8,000 (SDI= RS. 6,000 + Ethical Hacking= RS 2,000).But still they have not solve any of my problem. They always giving me a next date and if I argued then they start misbehaving and said I will not return your money back.
Now I want to understand what can I do in this case and I also want to take any strong action against this institute. I have all receipts of this institute and I also have a written application of last settlement with director signature.
So please help me to take my money back and to take a strong action against this institute or provide a best guidance for this case.

wee r student of HCL CDC saharanpur and wee join this enter since last year as a COMBO curs
our CCNA cours has finish before 5 month ago but they dont schedule our exam. and now they dont provid book at the time. now they provide some book but that r not of Micro soft for MCSE . that book's binding and type of paper is very bad.

in another way thay dont provide the orignel slip of HCL he provids only later pade slip
