sir,
i took admission in Institute of Business Management and Technology, Bangalore since couple of months back, i studied their for one month and i had deposit the fee of full semester that is 1.6lc.
but when i come to know that this institute fraud with me by telling me wrong information about affiliation. In GD& PI of that institute, told me that they are providing duel degree to me that is MBA + MIB from Bangalore university. but in reality they are providing me degree of MBA from such a university from Andhra Pardesh and MIB from Bangalore university itself.
but i don't want to continue my MBA from such university and then i drop my further MBA after studying one month from that institute.
when i told to them to refund my fees, they gave me only Rs.7500 only istead of deducting one month fee.

so, kindly guide me how can i take legal action against that institute.
i shall be very thankful to you......

You immediately register your complaint to the regional office of consumer court & ask the compensation for the same.............................................. .................................................. ..............................................
