WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN !!!!!

After my several reminders there is no resolution. I have not even received any reply mail or any call on my mobile.
So i have to forcefully mark a mail to CONSUMER COURT for this MISREPRESENTATION made with me.

Aside To CONSUMER COURT: Please find the trail mail and do the needful. As after several reminders they are not giving me a single response & after several phone calls there is no resolution with the Telecallers sitting there.

I request you to kindly provide me the way out or else i have to personally visit to IBPS HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI for escalating this issue, & i am sure that this mail would be kept unread in there mailbox & again i only have to suffer.
PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

As per my telephonic conversation with your representative at your head office i came to know that you are refunding the amount deducted twice for application for Bank PO Exam.
As i have applied for myself and two of my relatives that means the amount had to be deducted thrice but it was deducted four times, So i request you to
kindly refund my dues. PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILS.

BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR WEBSITE,WHILE REGISTRATION PROCESS THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED TWICE FROM MY ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY,SO I WANT A RESOLUTION FOR THE SAME AS I CALLED YOUR MUMBAI H.O. NUMBER THEY TOLD YOU CANNOT GET IT BACK. IN THIS REGARD I WANT A FORMAL REASON FOR THE SAME OR ELSE I WILL MOVE TO TAKE ANY LEGAL STEP.
