Science and Technology Hollambi Khurd Delhi-82 is an institute run by Al Nabi Education and Social Trust registered at Pondichery and its chairman is Mr. Rafi Lal and his wife Mrs Jasamine is co chairperson.
It is the oldest institute that run Diploma in Pharmacy in Delhi but its position is so crucial that there is no education in this institution. Taking one by one.
1 There is no eligible and qualified Principal here. Mrs. Simmi is appointed as a Principal who is the daughter of Mr. A.H. Siddqui who is an associate professor at Jamia Hamadard New Delhi.She is fresh M.Pharm not eligible for principalship. but being a daughter of Mr. siddqui Board of Technical education and PCI and Directorate of technical Education has no objection and accepted her as a Principal however a principal must have at least three years expereince. Moreover Initially she comes on alternate days i.e. three days in a week but from last two month she never come and at present she is Principal only on papers.
2 There are three lecturers i.e. Mr. Bharat Aggerwal, Mrs. Vandna Soneja and Mrs. Dhirender Kumari.
Mr. Bharat Aggerwal is also coming on alternate days and teaches three subjects in three hours total. Mrs Vandna and Dhirender Kumari also teaches three subjects each by taking no class at all.How one can takes the classes of three subjects in one day.This is scene of college during theory classes
3 Practical classes are never held by any teacher of any class.
4. No teacher for some subjects in both classes.
5 No lab technician and lab attendant in any lab is employed.
6 No librarian is employed.

As above explained this institution is run by giving bribes to concerned officers or department who control the technical educational institution and and future of student is spoiled and standard of education is finishing.
Concerned authority are requested to take immediate action.
