This is to inform you that I have enrolled for distance learning program with Jaro Education in January batch 2011. They have confirm in the time of enrollment that the exam will be online
& they will send the link for the same . They did the same in 1'st semester but from 2'nd semester they refused to do the same .They told me to give the exam in a particular center. In the 2'nd semester they didn't send me the study material till date . I have send mails, talked to the but they are not responded positively. The 2'nd semester exam started from Jan but till date i have not received the study material. Last month they send a mail that your course fee is pending about Rs. 3000. I informed them that i have already paid the full amount & i have the details, After 1 month they accepted the same . They are continuously create problem with me. I want my course fee to be back & I don't want to continue with the course.
