1. I had taken the admission of my daughter Miss Mamoon Rana in MSC (Microbiology) in Dolphin (PG) College of Life Science Chandigarh situated at Chunni Kalan Chd-Mohali Sirhind Road Distt Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) on 11 Jul 2011 after depositing a sum of Rs 50,600/- vide receipt No 17517 dt 11 Jul 2011.
2. Due to the reason (deficiency of Faculty cover) in the subject course, my daughter discontinued the course with effect from 23 Aug 2011 and asked the College authority to refund the Development fund and tution fee . However they refused to do so. I also wrote a registered letter to college authority to refund the following amount vide letter No 262735/ A dt 26 Aug 2011 but no reply has yet been received:-
(a) Development Fund -Rs 3000.00
(b) Tution Fees -Rs 40000.00

3. No action has yet been taken by the College authority to refund the Development Fund and Tution fees. Hence it is requested that the poor man may please be helped out to get the money back from college authority please.
