Dear sir,
I was a student of B.TECH in DIET(Doon valley institue of engg. & tech),near Jundla gate,KARNAL(HARYANA) during 2004-2008.At the time of admission i submitted a sum of 2000rs...as security deposit and it was told that it would be refunded after completion of degree without any problem.after completing degree we went to college many times but they never responded.finally we got to know that other colleges under Kurukshetra university are giving the security to their students so after getting my degree before 9 months i went to my college for taking my money.they demanded my Identity card of college but i told them that i misplaced it somewhere bcz i completed engg. in 2008..and it was about 1 n 1/2 years completed so i lost it.I had proof to prove that i was student of their college.then i requested a lot so they promised me to come again after 1 month.i was working in delhi n it was difficult to take a leave n come again n again.but still i thought i will.i went again but they said u dont have I-CARD,but i told them that they had promised me to come again.but they denied.i went to chairman of my college.but he misbehaved with me n started shouting.he was smoking in front of students.Then my friends brother came n requested him a lot.so he said this girl should request only then i will give the money n finally promised to give me my money after 1 month.but i told him that its impossible for me to come again and again.so i requested to handover my money to my friend.he promised n said OK.I gave a authority letter to my friend so that she can get the money after 1 month.then she started going their each month but they are telling differnt conditions and situations everytime.she went today also and chairman told her that he is a Heart-patient and he cant't discuss that security issue otherwise he will get an attack.he also said that he does not remember that he has promised anything to anybody nad cant help her.she requested everybody.We have submiited application also as authority letter a couple of months ago.Now i am really tired of all this.Sir,its not a matter of 2000rs..and i know its not that big amount but its matter of truth and its my money and i have all rights to take it.after this battle of requesting and trying..i have given up..and i want you to please help me.This is clearly cheating.but I still trust that nobody can snatch my money..its my right.Please help....

It is rediculous to blame such a reputiated institue and the respected authority. Still if you feel some miscommunication gap there just email your details on official website.We`ll see to it and definetly you`ll get your right.its a online promise infront of everyone.

It may be possible that institute commitment woud not be fulfilled. Some intitutes charges from students and later thay are unable to return back from students. Now a days ,there are a number of Engineering colleges in Delhi .
