respected sir,
i have joined the trans lingua programme of swami vivekanand library GTB Complex, New Market, Bhopal M.P. under which they had commited to provide training for Bussiness English Certificate (BEC) course of University Of Cambridge. The course had started on 25th April 2011. After joining the course i found, for this course they had admitted School children, College student, house wives and retired personnnel. i was astonished becouse each of them have different level of english and how can they provide training to such diverse batch simultaneously. Its not enough here, they are providing coaching us through non trained staff. They taught us noun, pronoun and all.............its disgusting. Many times we had complaint to Library but every time they said it will take time. By the time we had finished our tenure of three months with no gain in our language.
I must say that SWWAMI VIVEKANAND LIBRARY IS FAKE they are just exploiting people like us,.
