my daughter nidhi tare,joined aakash institute,delhi in july, 2004.after attending 3 lectures only she had bagged a seat for mbbs in the second counselling of AIPMT and she left the institute.we wrote a letter for fee refund in august 2004.but the institute refused the refund fee of Rs.26,250 plus hostel caution money (aasha hostel) of Rs. 6000.we became hopeful as we read an article in DNA news paper on 2nd august regarding a boy named kanishka getting a fee refund from brilliant institute through consumer forum,delhi.kindly look into the matter and see if you can help us.thank you.
