Sir/ Madam

This is to inform you that I Ashish Srivastava got Admission in MBA-CFA this
year in ICFAI Allahabad branch.
My Enrollment No:6010130917688.
I would like to draw your attention towards following facts that ICFAI
is not approved
from AICTE and also last year’s strike done by ICFAI students all over
ICFAI centres
in India demanding AICTE approval of ICFAI institutions.
hence I was forced to re-think my decision to join MBA-CFA to pursue my course.
All the recognition stuff as well as my family and financial adverse
condition makes me inconvenient and uncomfortable.I came to know the
seriousness of this problem after deposited the money while I was not
fully informed about the same.
Due to this I am extremely disappointed for my carrier. I now feel
that it is really a great risk to join MBA-CFA now. So I strongly felt
that under this situation of uncertainties, why should I undertake
this highly expensive course .
This is in such condition when I will be so uncertain about my future
prospect. Also, It will not be easy for me to bear undue dues,
So I have decided now not to carry on admission at MBA-CFA. I also
feel that the admission fee at MBA-CFA has been kept very high despite
knowing the fact.
In the mean time my family and financial condition also came under
some adverse situation.I hail from a middle class family and such huge
amount cannot be managed by me. Hence, on wish of myself,
I am demanding my money back, it is no shame,
I had deposited amount of Rs 42450/- which was given for Course
material and initial payment

I therefore request you to convince ICFAI institution that since I
am not carrying on my admission, hence the amount remaining after deduction of
course material and operational charges whichever would be applicable.
please credit the refunded amount in my HDFC bank account no.01841020002795.
